This Privacy Policy explains how Jose Gonzalez doing business as War Trades ("War Trades," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, opt in to our emails, join our community, or purchase our products (the "Services"). - Contact and signup details — your name, email address, and any message you submit through our opt-in or contact form.
- Account and membership details — information associated with your membership when you subscribe, such as your username and the products you hold.
- Community details — if you join our Discord or similar community, your handle and activity there.
Payment information
Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (Whop, and where applicable Stripe). They collect and process your payment details directly under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, for security and to operate the Services. We may use limited cookies or similar technologies necessary for the site to function.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- To send you emails you have opted into, including welcome messages, educational sequences, updates, and offers;
- To process and manage memberships and payments through our providers;
- To protect the security and integrity of the Services and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Email Communications & Your Choices
When you opt in, we send emails using our email delivery provider (Resend). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it. Transactional messages related to a purchase or your account may still be sent. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails but does not delete your account or membership.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services, and only as needed:

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
